DWI Assessment
& Treatment
A DWI charge in North Carolina requires a clinical substance use assessment from a licensed NCDHHS-approved provider. We make that process as clear, fast, and respectful as possible.
Schedule Your Assessment
All assessments are appointment-only. Call us to book a time that works — including early morning and evening slots to accommodate court and work schedules.
Your assessment includes a clinical interview, standardized assessment tools, and a review of your personal, substance use, and legal history. The process is confidential and nonjudgmental.
Complete the Clinical Evaluation
Receive Your Recommendation Report
You'll receive your clinical recommendation report the same day — and we can send it directly to your attorney, court, or probation officer with your authorization.
Begin Your Required Program
Depending on your results, you may begin ADETS education (a 16-hour NC-approved program), short-term outpatient treatment, or long-term outpatient treatment with full compliance support.

DOT SAP Services

The complete federally mandated return-to-duty process for safety-sensitive DOT employees — handled by a qualified Substance Abuse Professional.
Initial SAP Evaluation
A federally mandated clinical assessment completed by a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional under FMCSA 49 CFR Part 40.
Education & Treatment Recommendation
The SAP determines and communicates a specific education and/or treatment plan the employee must complete before returning to duty.
Completion Documentation
Once required programs are completed, documentation is prepared and submitted to meet federal compliance standards.
Follow-Up SAP Evaluation
A second evaluation confirms the employee has followed through with all SAP-directed recommendations.
Return-to-Duty Determination
The SAP provides documentation of eligibility for Return-to-Duty testing.Note: Return to safety-sensitive duties is at the discretion of the employer.
FMCSA Clearinghouse Reporting
All required progress is reported to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in compliance with federal regulations.
